We conducted an analysis of water consumption patterns for a subset of our client’s properties. Our analysis revealed that they were consuming 109 daily gallons per occupied unit, roughly 2X the expected gallons per occupied unit.

In under 30 days, the Liquified Solutions team completed the pilot project, installing over 620 toilet retrofit units across 5 properties in the Southeast region.
As a hospitality property, the installation included both hotel room units and onsite restaurants, with each occupied unit experiencing minimal disruption.
Given the positive results delivered and ‘white glove’ service from our team, we are expanding into future phases that align with their ongoing renovation cycle. This ensures sustainable maintenance and long-term savings.
