Most of the communities within this portfolio required renovation to modernize their facilities. The portfolio company saw this as an opportunity to incorporate products that would deliver significant water savings and a positive return on investment.

Pilot Phase Yields Success
Implementation
The Liquified Solutions team completed the first phase of the project, visiting 7 communities within 7 days and installing over 400 toilet retrofit units. Despite the age of the properties we visited, there were no visible leaks detected.
In the post-installation period we reviewed, resident occupancy had increased slightly at a few communities, but overall water consumption decreased dramatically.
